Please pray for our chapter presidents and delegates as they prepare to meet together at the 2020 Lay Provincial Council meeting in New Orleans on February 17th through February 20th. Pray for the guidance and counsel of the Holy Spirit.
Veni, Sancte Spiritus, et emitte caelitus lucis tuae radium.
Come, Holy Spirit, send forth the heavenly radiance of your light.
Hi,
I live in North Carolina and I am interested in becoming a third order Dominican.
Is there a chapter in North Carolina?
Hi John, sorry for the delay! Yes, there are several groups and chapters in North Carolina. You can visit our “Chapters” page to learn more:

John,
The Charlotte Lay Dominicans (Our Lady of Perpetual Help Chapter) would be glad to talk to you about the North Carolina opportunities.
Hello.
I have been a member of the Dominicans of the Plains, Great Bend Kansas for several years…I have since moved to South Central Texas, San Marcos..and am unable to get back into the Order as none are available in the Austin San Antonio area….I have lost my black and gold shield pin from the move from Kansas to Texas….Do you all have the little pins that I could have to replace the one I lost ? I have searched and searched to unavail and I would really like to have another one…
Thank you so much….
Hi Lulu — there are Lay Dominican chapters around the Austin/San Antonio area. Please see our website: https://laydomsouth.org/main/groups/provincial/chapters/
Check this online Lay Dominican store to replace your pin:

Are there any chapter in southern Florida?
Hi Maryanne — There is a brand new group starting in Ave Maria, FL, and an area of interest near Viera Beach, but most of the other chapters and groups are in central and northern Florida: https://laydomsouth.org/main/groups/provincial/chapters/
